A single bedroom to every room in the house. We move and cover the furniture, protect the floors, and put everything back. Low-odour paint, so you can sleep in the room that night.

Unit turnovers
You send the unit and the move-out date. We walk it within 48 hours and give you one number. Colours stay the same across your buildings, so each unit gets quicker.

Hallways, lobbies, stairwells and garages, done floor by floor so residents keep access. Notices go up in advance and work is booked around your elevator.

- Painting days
The crew paints
Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, stains primed before any paint goes on. If you are out, keys through a lockbox or concierge.
- Last day
Walk it together, then sign off
We check every room with you before we call it done. Property managers get photos filed by unit and one invoice at month end.
What you get before we start
- A written contract with a fixed price for each room, unit or area
- Our certificate of insurance, $5 million general liability, naming you or your company
- A current WSIB clearance certificate, renewed before it lapses
- Our City of Toronto renovator licence number
- A two-year workmanship warranty
Whether it is your own home or a building you look after, you get the same thing: one number to call, a price that does not move, and someone who checks every room before it is invoiced. If something is not right, call me and it gets fixed.
